Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture
A gentle treatment with a surprisingly powerful effect, auricular acupuncture uses tiny needles placed at specific points on the ear to support the body’s natural ability to settle, regulate and restore. It can be particularly helpful for stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, cravings and smoking cessation, as well as during times when you’re trying to change habits or simply feel a little more balanced.
Because it is short and focused, auricular acupuncture is an easy treatment to fit into your day. It can be enjoyed as a quiet moment of personal time, or shared with a partner, friend or colleague — a chance to pause, switch off and experience something a little different together.

What to expect
You’ll be invited to settle into a cosy chair and make yourself comfortable for the duration of your treatment. Once you’re settled, you can simply sit back and relax while the treatment takes place — many people enjoy using this time to switch off from the outside world.
There’s no special preparation needed beforehand, although it’s best to arrive having had something light to eat and with your ears free from heavy creams or oils.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is all about releasing what feels stuck. Using gentle suction, cups are placed onto targeted areas of the body to help ease muscular tension, tightness, aches and discomfort, while encouraging circulation and leaving you with a sense of warmth, release and relaxation. It can be especially welcome when your body is feeling stiff, heavy or simply in need of some hands-on attention.
Your treatment can be adapted to the areas that need it most, whether that’s the back, shoulders, neck or legs. Opt for a shorter session focusing on one or two areas, or take more time with an extended treatment for a fuller bodywork experience.

What to expect
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the areas being treated. Cupping can leave temporary circular marks on the skin, ranging from light pink to deeper red or purple; these usually fade within a few days.
After treatment, keep the treated areas warm and avoid very hot showers or baths, saunas, vigorous exercise and direct sun exposure for the rest of the day. Give yourself a little time to relax and take it easy afterwards.
